“I believe that successful treatment is driven by the level of comfort and understanding between the therapist and their client. The basic goal of any therapeutic journey is to strive to promote the reduction of conflict in one’s life so they can achieve a greater sense of happiness and fulfillment. I specialize in treating people with adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, school/job stress, grief/loss issues, and physical/sexual abuse.

My methods of practice are contingent upon each client’s individual needs. These may include menthods which incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic approaches. I provide individual, couple, and family psychotherapy.

My practice offers a relaxed and confidential setting. Therapy is a time for self care and retoration of balance. During the therapeutic process, I encourage positive changes and increased self-awareness.
